Company purpose
Provision of services in the field of information technology, in particular the conception, development, operation, maintenance, hosting and support of software, technical consulting, software architecture and system integration, as well as the sale of related products. The full purpose clause, including the ability to open branches, hold equity and acquire intellectual property, is the version entered in the register.
Sector and language
Information technology services. This site is published in English; the register entry and our contractual documents are governed by Swiss law and the German text prevails where a translation is ambiguous.
Content responsibility: Alexis Noukan and Philipp Gerhard Schmid, each with sole signing authority. VAT status is stated on our written offers, not here: it depends on the product and the customer's place of establishment, and we are not asserting it on a website.

What happens to your data
Controller
Noukan Industries GmbH, Bündtenstrasse 9, 4524 Günsberg SO, Switzerland (UID CHE-130.523.906). We are the controller for every piece of personal data on this site, and we do not pass responsibility to a platform.
Nothing tracks you here
No cookies, no analytics, no A/B testing, no marketing pixels, no third-party fonts, no embedded video. Pages are prerendered and every byte reaches you from this origin alone, so there is nothing to consent to and no consent banner pretending to offer you a choice.
What we do process
- Server logs. The IP address, requested path, timestamp, user agent and referrer of a request, to deliver the page and to keep it from being taken down. Basis: our own operational interest (Art. 31 para. 1 nFADP; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where it applies).
- Email you send us. Name, address details and the message itself, to answer it and, if we reach an agreement, to perform and invoice the contract.
Where it is processed
Served from a single origin we operate in Switzerland and fronted by our own proxy. Domain name resolution and incoming e-mail are handled by Infomaniak. Processors: Our own Proxmox cluster and RKE2 Kubernetes, operated by us in Switzerland (origin and web proxy); Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland (DNS hosting and e-mail transport). Processing stays in Switzerland by default, so no disclosure of data abroad is required (Art. 16 nFADP). A standby origin on an Infomaniak Kubernetes cluster in Switzerland. Planned, not yet operating, so it holds no data about you. If we later add a service that processes data outside Switzerland or the EU, this page changes first.
How long we keep it
Access logs are kept only as long as they are needed for operations and security. Correspondence and contract records are retained for ten years, the statutory retention period for business records under Art. 958f para. 1 CO.
Your rights
You may request information about the data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over (Art. 25 ff. nFADP). Where the GDPR applies you additionally have the rights in Art. 15–21 GDPR. Write to support@noukan-industries.ch and you will get an answer from a person. Complaints go to the Swiss FDPIC or, for EU data subjects, to the supervisory authority of your choice.
Open item, not yet settled
We sell into the EU market, so the GDPR reaches us through Art. 3(2) GDPR as soon as we systematically address EU data subjects. Whether an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR is required, or whether we fall under the exemption read with Art. 30(5) GDPR, is being confirmed before any EU marketing list goes out. Until then we process EU contact data only for individual enquiries that you started.
Marks and content
What we may and may not claim
“Aegis” carries no registered mark symbol
Used as a product designation by Noukan Industries. No trademark registration has been completed in Switzerland or the EU. We deliberately print no ® against it, because that symbol asserts a registration that does not exist yet and asserting it would be the kind of claim a competitor could act on. Our own Commercial Register entry lists no active trademark.
Content and copyright
The text, layout and the mark in our logo are ours (© 2026 Noukan Industries GmbH). Third-party names are mentioned only to describe the standard or regulation concerned and remain the property of their owners. No stock photography is used, so no third-party image licence is being exercised against you through us.
